This January we’re delighted to be partnering with Gambado, Chelsea to launch our highly anticipated Shooting Stars workshops.
Children aged 4-7 years will join us every Tuesday as we voyage on an adventure to explore story-telling and imaginative play through art, music, drama and camera work. Each week children will journey through a different creative environment by exploring different children’s stories, such as Alice in Wonderland, Peter Pan and Aladdin. They will have the chance to play croquet with the Queen of Hearts, fight pirates, learn to fly and explore Aladdin’s Cave of Wonders, among many more exciting activities.
Shooting Stars has been designed to help unleash your little one’s imagination through arts and crafts and drama activities. The programme actively promotes your child’s social development as they learn team building and communication skills through creative play with other children and our experienced workshop leaders. Our shooting stars will also begin to soar as they venture through exciting camera play, through which they will develop the foundations of basic camera and filmmaking skills.
We’ve been developing these workshops for several years, through pilot workshops throughout the summer holidays and in some of our Saturday centres. Through story-telling focused activities, we have explored the likes of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and the Wizard of Oz in order to trial our Shooting Stars model, and have seen fantastic results. We’re really excited to see what your little ones will achieve through the programme.
Sessions will launch on Tuesday 12th January, and will run weekly between 4-5pm at Gambado, Chelsea. The term consists of 10 sessions, and can be booked at a discounted price of £126 (when booking all sessions in one go), or can be booked singularly at £14 each. You can give us a call on 020 7101 9329 for more information, or you can book your place here.
We look forward to seeing you then!
